I arrived here around 45 minutes before sunrise, and there was already a bright red glow to the sky … from up high you could see it slowly spreading across the bay.
Down on the beach, sounds of the waves crashing onto the sand were amplified by the amazing stillness of the dawn …
This shot was taken around 10 minutes before sunrise … no one else around … just me and the waves rolling in …
